In this tutorial I am demonstrating one of the techniques I will be teaching at Fluid Art Experience in Seattle Apr. 27-29, the Monochromatic Cloud Pour. This 20x20 piece will be raffled off during the event. To register, go to fluidartexperience.com
The paints I used were Decoart Americana Decor Satin Enamel in Pure White, Amsterdam Greenish Blue and Titanium White. The DecoArt paints are great for creating cells without silicone.
