In this tutorial I'll be experimenting with ratios in a cloud pour in an attempt to get more pigments to show up than clouds. The decoart satin enamels are quite potent cell makers! The colors used were Amsterdam Titanium White, Indigo and Liquitex Basics Phthalo Blue and Quinacridone Magenta, DecoArt Americana Decor Satin Enamel Pure White, This Little Piggy Pigments in Crescendo, Vinyasa, Zimzalin and Bloodstone. Other Products used were Josonja Gloss Varnish, Liquitex Extra Heavy Gel Gloss and TriArt Modeling Paste Matte 1Paint:2Floetrol Consistency:2
