In this weeks survival video we're canoeing deep into the swamps of southern Louisiana. I'll spend 4 days in the marshes and forests catching frogs, catfish, and maybe even an alligator! This catch and cook video explores some "alternative" wild foods! I had no shelter with me so used an upturned root ball as a makeshift survival shelter. Cooked catfish on the campfire coals and roasted frog legs on a stick.
