PIE IN THE SKY
Recipe by Coach Vino
1 oz (30 ml) Calvados (Christian Drouin)
1 oz (30 ml) Bourbon (Great Jones)
.50 oz (15 ml) Amaro Nonino
.25 oz (7.5 ml) Allspice Dram
2 dashes Aged Aromatic Bitters
Stir 25-30 seconds
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with lemon peel
THE RUSTLING
Recipe by Coach Vino
1 oz (30 ml) Apple Brandy (Laird's 7-yr Old)
1 oz (30 ml) Rye (Rittenhouse 100-Proof)
.50 oz (15 ml) Cynar
.25 oz (7.5 ml) Benedictine
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Stir 25-30 seconds
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with orange peel
BONFIRE HICKEYS
Recipe by Coach Vino
1 oz (30 ml) Apple Brandy (Laird's Straight)
1 oz (30 ml) Blended Scotch (Islay Mist)
.50 oz (15 ml) Braulio
.25 oz (7.5 ml) Drambuie
2 dashes Ginger Bitters
Stir 25-30 seconds
Strain into rocks glass
Garnish with candied ginger
