This is a super simple and easy cookie perfect for those who don't have an oven!

Ingredients:
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp nutella (or any other chocolate hazelnut spread)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Mix butter, brown sugar, egg yolk, nutella, flour, and vanilla all together.
2. Fold in chocolate chips.
3. Transfer dough onto a microwavable plate lined with parchment paper. Shape dough into a cookie shape.
4. Microwave for about 45 seconds at 1200 watts, or according to the power of your own microwave.
5. Enjoy!
