- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup hot coffee

Marshmallow frosting:
- 6 egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
