Loft and Rails Function - Modelling a suction hose nozzle using Fusion 360
Here is a nice demo of how to model a suction hose in Fusion 360 using the Loft function with the Rails option. Properly used, this function offers the possibility of modeling organic shapes, which is particularly relevant for models that must have ergonomic quality. I think that is a nice topic for those out there that are interested in modelling and it´s also of use in the workshop, to create suction adapters for your machines.

![Wood turning honey dipper use Golden Ratio for design
Today I present a short video on turning a honey dipper from a scrap wood piece of a plum tree. As an exercise I designed the honey dipper with respect to the golden ratio rules. I often found it difficult to make design decisions, for example during turning a wooden piece and adding a particular shape to the work piece. Where to set the intersections and add the curves. How to split an object into different sections? So many questions and decisions that cannot be changed anymore once the decision has been made. There are different proportion ruleset out there, that are in use in art, architecture and craftmansship for a long time. One of this proportion paradigms is the Golden Ratio,
