I finally found out that 3D CSS is available on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, which is enough for me to start using it in my website projects. WebGL is another 3D engine now available in modern browsers, but it is mainly just graphics, rotating a whole website is a bit of a challenge, but now with 3D CSS plus WebGL, anything is possible.

This is all done inside the web browser.
