Endless Pools have optional accessories that can help increase the exercise ability of those in the pool – one of these is an underwater treadmill! This underwater treadmill is a great way to run without the impact on the knees or joints. With the added current of the pool, running can be even more of a core workout than normal!

The Endless Pool can also come with an aquabike. Similar to the underwater treadmill, the aquabike is a stationary bike that can be placed in the pool for a low impact workout that doesn’t involve swimming.
