Pumping iron isn’t the only way to get an effective upper body workout in. In the video from her series Body Zones, fitness coach Beverley Cheng will lead you through 30 minutes of back, shoulder and tricep exercises that are designed to build muscle and leave you feeling the burn. You’ll begin with an energizing warm-up, transition into some intense bodyweight and resistance band movements, then finish things off with a quick cardio blast to really get your heart pumping.

Grab your mat, a long, thin resistance band, and some water and let’s go!
