30 Minute Chicken Noodle Soup
8 C water
3 TBSP Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base
1/2 tsp ground thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
Baby carrots or 2 medium carrots
2 stalks celery
1 TBSP Italian seasoning
1 TBSP Susie Q Seasoning or an all purpose seasoning
2 C chopped cooked chicken
8 oz package egg noodles
1/2 onion
2 tsp minced garlic
2 TBSP olive oil
In a stock pot heat up oil. Add onion, celery, minced garlic and carrots for about 5 minutes. Add water and Better Than Bouillon Chicken Base. Add all seasonings. Bring soup to a boil and let cook for 15 minutes. Add chicken and noodles and bring back to boil for 10 minutes or until noodles are desired tenderness.
You can use leftover rotisserie chicken, premade shredded chicken, or canned chicken.
That's it! Dinner is served! Enjoy the deliciousness =)
