How to check Microsoft 365 Bills or Invoices?

In the Microsoft 365 admin center, select Billing in the left navigation pane, and then select the Invoices tab.

Select an invoice to view it. If you don't see an invoice, select Filter by: Last 6 months from the drop-down list.

To view the invoice details, select Download PDF in the top-right corner of the invoice.
