Hey you! Finding the beauty in everybody's body, actions and appearance (including yourself) is central to my self-love practice. I hope these three mindsets help you release toxic comparison by seeing others and yourself as what they/you are, rather than in comparative relation to each other. I think that beauty standards aren't something to be eradicated - they are something to be expanded!
I also explain how watching WWE wrestling changed my perception of bodies and how I use storytelling to be more empathetic with people who behave badly towards others - and to uncover my own stories that underlie my behavior. :)
