How to get better audio on iphone when vlogging. The Audio-Technica ATR3350XIS is a very affordable lavalier microphone for iPhones. Here I compare the sound quality with the iPhone's internal microphone.

The sound from the Audio Technica ATR 3350 xis is better than the iPhone microphone for three reasons.

1. It's a better microphone
2. I can place the microphone closer to my mouth, which in most situations gives an improved audio quality compared to the iPhone's built in microphone
3. I can use it with a dead mouse (not included) for wind protection outdoors. It would be difficult to find a similar solution for the iPhone.

I think there's a huge difference and that the Audio Technica ATR3350 xis performs much better, especially in my outdoor scene.
