I'm testing the Samsung T5 portable SSD to see how fast it is. On the paper the Samsung T5 speed is up to 540 MB/s. On my setup the writing speed is around 420 MB/s and the reading speed is around 430 MB/s.

For me the Samsung T5 SSD is still fast enough, and I can recommend it to anyone who needs to edit 1080p footage.
