Today I am sharing 3 super easy slow cooker meals to help you prep in advance for busy evenings.

MEALS & INGREDIENTS:
Pulled Pork Burgers:
550g pork shoulder
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon cumin
Salt & pepper
2 cups (500ml cider)
1 cup (250ml) BBQ sauce
2 tablespoon chilli jam
Burger Buns
Coleslaw
Wedges served on the side
Salmon Pasta:
2 Salmon fillets
1 Boursin cheese (garlic & herb)
600-700ml veg stock (1 stock cube)
100g parmesan cheese
Lentil Dahl:
500g red lentils - I use dried and soak them first
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 big nub ginger
1 can chopped tomatoes / passata
1 can coconut milk
500ml vegetable stock (1 cube)
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Dollop of natural yoghurt
Fresh coriander to serve
