Need dinner but don't really feel like cooking? Here are 3 easy dinners I can make in about 10 minutes using simple ingredients I usually have on hand.
Today I'm making a crispy tortilla pizza, an easy chicken wonton soup loaded with vegetables, and a quick tuna steak with corn and tomatoes.
These are the kinds of simple meals I turn to when I want something homemade without spending a lot of time in the kitchen. And the best part is that you can easily change the vegetables depending on what you already have in your refrigerator — mushrooms, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans or leftover roasted vegetables all work well.
The tuna steak is also a great quick protein option, with about 140 calories, 0.5 grams of fat and 31 grams of protein per steak.
Sometimes dinner doesn't need to be complicated. You just need a few things from the fridge, freezer or pantry and about ten minutes.
