Nice and comfy bushcraft trip out in my hot tent lavvu in snow and high winds. Cooking tasty food etc. Cold nice weather under the full moon. Don't know what else to say this time other than I had a great trip.
Next time will be much tougher. I set out to try 2-3 days living like people lived for hundreds of years in these northern woods where they wandered by foot and worked for weeks and months at times during winter. I will bring no modern tent. Just my canvas poncho and a wool blanket instead of a sleeping bag. Bringing the kind of food they had. Can this be done without too much discomfort in the midst of winter? Join me next time!
