My new favorite toy! One-handed guillotines. No matter what position your applying it from make sure get them on their side for the initial shot and then follow these three principles:
1) Strong sandwich of your open hand between your chest and the opponents chest. No sandwich, no choke.
2) Both shoulders on the mat. The flatter their back, the faster the tap!
3) Keep the underhook on the opponent’s far side arm. If they create hip separation using two hands, the sandwich is compromised and then the squeeze is done.
