This sound bath was designed specifically to facilitate a reduction in blood pressure.
1) The color blue has been shown to help reduce excitement and blood pressure.
2) The soothing images will draw your attention, slowing the mind and aiding in relaxation.
3) Specific singing bowls were chosen for their association with the heart and mind.
4) There is a constant heart-frequency tuning fork played throughout the sound bath.

Each chakra phase lasts 4 minutes and cycles continuously between the 7 charkas for 8 hours. Each chakra phase contains the crystal singing bowl and tuning fork said to be associated with that chakra.
