Some have defined these energy centers as their own minor chakras associated with the Heart ‘primary chakra.
✨In this practice, we will focus on each of these areas, cleansing, clearing and re-balancing them with specific frequencies. Ive personally interpreted their representation in vibration form in the list below: F note Tibetan bowl - arms, hands. Heart tuning fork - cardiac nerve plexus, thymus gland. Heart chime - chest, upper back, shoulders. F crystal bowl - Heart. F tube harp - lungs
💚The Tibetan singing bowl note F that resonates at 242Hz and represents the Arms and Hands
💚The 136.10Hz Earth Heart tuning fork represents the Cardiac Nerve Plexus and Thymus Gland
💚The 727Hz Tube Harp represents the Lungs
💚The 2177.60Hz Earth chime represents the Chest, Upper Back and Shoulders
💚And lastly, the 343Hz crystal singing bowl represents the primary Heart chakra
By aligning all 12 of these minor chakras with the primary chakra, we allow any blockages to clear. Remember to take time to focus on each energy point individually during this sound bath to will allow for release and clearing to take place.

Aquarius, the sign of wisdom, is one of 3 Air signs; said to be the 11th Zodiac in a series of 12. Aquarius is known for its forward thinking and innovation, making them great at thinking outside of the box.
✨We used several different instruments for the translation of this sign into sound. Beginning with the 432hz Tube, this instrument was chosen to represent the wisdom attached to the 3rd eye and the deep wisdom associated with Aquarius. The Kenari chimes were used to represent the element of Air, the ruling element of Aquarius, and the deep peace they bring us.
♒️For our singing bowls, we used the Root bowl (note C, 258hz) to represent the ruling Chakra of Aquarius, the Root, and to bring in the energy of stability and security. The Sacral bowl (note D, 385hz) to represent the ruling body part of Aquarius, the circulatory system, as we circulate our energy and allow the cleansing to take place. The Third Eye bowl (note A, 432hz) to represent the wisdom and intelligence of this free flowing Air sign. And lastly we used the Crown bowl (note B, 486hz) to represent the ruling planet of Aquarius, Uranus, the planet of innovation and vision.
♒️Weve included the base track of flowing water, since Aquarius the known as the water bearer, we wanted this energy to be brought in as it washes away our past and clears our energy for the future. The icy wind was incorporated to represent the element of Air, as well as having a water element to it since Aquarius is an Air sign, but also bears the water. These gentle gusts of wind usher in the great changes within us as we allow these sounds to clear our body and mind for a fresh start. By combining these vibrations, weve created a sound bath to deepen our connection with our innovative ways and personal wisdom as we begin to think outside of the box and follow the intuition of our own internal desires.
