Today, I'm going to talk about the top shoes that women absolutely hate.
Square-toed shoes. They are gross and terrible. They make you look dumpy and like you have no style. They're horrendous. Look for a shoe with an almond-shaped toe that's natural and not overly pointy or square. It should also not be excessively rounded.
Discount mall sneakers make you look cheap. These are like Skechers or other fashionable, comfortable tennis shoes that you can slip on without bending over.
Chunky dad sneakers. When they're styled correctly, they're acceptable, but typically large and bulky, with an orthopedic appearance. You will look dorky.
Flip-flops in public. If you're not at the beach, you shouldn't be wearing flip-flops. They look low-budget and unhygienic.
Childish shoes like Crocs. Hey Dudes also fall into this category. If your little brother is rocking them, you shouldn't be.
Cheap faux leather boots. These are unacceptable. Any fake leather is intolerable. Why waste the money to look that cheap purposely? Thursday Boots have badass boots.
Running shoes are for running. Don't try to dress them up. They will look terrible.
Work boots. They are functional and made to protect you. They're perfect for work.
Fake designer sneakers. Don't waste your money. Get yourself a pair of leather sneakers, as they can be dressed up or down and worn in cooler months as well.
Overly pointy anything. These come across as super feminine.
Overly embellished fashion boots. Overly blinged-out anything is not stylish. Whether it's boots or shoes, they look terrible. Ensure you select clean and classic styles.
Strappy dad sandals. These are barf. Birkenstocks look great. Depending on the outfit.
