00:49 Removes reflector and bulb

01:28 Cut capacitor from the ballast
02:54 Prepare the spacer for the ballast
04:04 Stick new sticky pads to the batteries
04:48 Stick batteries to spacer
05:45 Drill holes and thread wires through
06:42 Solder wires
07:17 Fit ballast and batteries into case
07:34 Connect ballast to power supply
08:47 Fits capacitor into case
10:02 Fits bulb into reflector
10:21 Solders capacitor back to ballast
10:53 Reconnect and test
