PARENT'S DEMANDS
1. Enforcement of 15% reduction in fee for AY 20-21 in accordance with K.E.Act of 1995 as per the High Court Judgement dt 16/09/2021 (only lawful Fee heads as per the 1995 act to be considered for 85% Fees)
2. A Commensurate Reduction in Fee for AY 2021-22, based on the actual expenditure and facilities, no other Unlawful fee head can be charged or subsumed in the tuition fee. No Surplus & hidden Charges.
3. Fee as per the 1995 Act, must be subject to Audit by the department and Approved before displaying on "SATS"
4. Demand for Fee Determination Committee in Karnataka similar to other states like Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu e.t.c.
5. Stop violation of child's Fundamental Right to Education. No Deactivation of Children from online classes & exams or denial of progress report or T.C., e.t.c.
