How are returns calculated? Most of the time Money helps us to assess how much return we got for the efforts that we have put for a cause. I too was assessing. During CoViD19, when most of the people exhausted everything available on Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hot Star etc, I was doing research after research on law topics, presentations, video recordings, editing, uploading etc in YouTube. All in isolation - between four wall of the room. There was hardly any motivation... Less subscribers... Less Views / likes / comments / shares... But nothing stopped me then. I was determined to the cause and made videos after videos and added about 352 videos in just one calendar year. No team, no assistance... My wife encouraged, my son was part of entire process - waiting for thanks slides...
If I had to get financial results to the extent of my efforts, I could have gone to depression. But that's not how I assessed it. I saw messages from law students and felt how much it meant for them. Not everyone appreciated though because I didn't reach their expectations but many of my subscribers believed in me. Mostly lazy students who did last moment preparations, who wanted quick understanding and some quick notes too... They enjoyed it and gave feed back and that's my returns.
Finally, here is the ice on the cake... When that kid said, ದೇವ್ರು, ದೇವರೂ... ಲಾ ಸ್ಟೂಡೆಂಟ್ಸ್ ದೇವರೂ... he doesn't know how much feedback he gave to me... It's just sounded like an warning for me. I have not done much videos in last two year citing busy schedules... But that kid, that college students kind of awaken me and said RESTART... I have to make a commitment to myself... YES, I HAVE TO RESTART...
