What the hell is Zigbee? Do I really need to care about it? It is mainly used by expensive devices like the Philips Hue system for people with deep pockets? This is what I thought until now. But I have indications that this changed. Let’s have a closer look.

Let’s play with the technology and learn how it works and whether and where it can be useful for us. Or if we can skip this one.
