w2aew | #279: Ham Radio: WSPRlite review plus DXplorer and view of 4-FSK transmission @w2aew | Uploaded February 2018 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
This is a short review of the WSPRlite beacon transmitter that utilizes the WSPR (Weak Signal Propagation Reporter) transmission protocol developed by Joe Taylor, K1JT. An overview of what WSPR is, and the WPSRlite beacon transmitter, are presented - followed by a high level signal analysis of the 110 second long transmission, showing the 4-FSK (Frequency Shift Keying) transmission.
