240SX KBD Polyurethane Body Kit Unboxing: Ever seen a whole body kit fit in a box 1/3 the size of a bumper? What about side skirts folded in half?😳
Today the KT Crew opens up our new bodykits, courtesy of KBD #partsthatfit! Unlike most body kits which are built from FRP aka fiberglass, KBD body kits are injection molded from polyurethane. Polyurethane is similar to the ABS plastic that many OEM bumpers are made from. It's durable, flexible and generally doesn't crack or break: an ideal option for the hard-wearing body panels of drift cars!
Thanks to KBD for supporting grassroots drivers like us, in all honesty these kits will probably outlast our chassis haha, but hopefully we won't prove how durable they are in crashes right away...😂
