Pros:
Bone stock except for lighter flywheel
Full interior and trim in good condition
Wiring and harness is unmolested
Original owner's manual and warranty documents
Includes original spare, full size spare and unmounted extra tire
New thermostat and alternator in June

Super reliable, 5 speed shifts great
Cons:
A/C no longer works (needs recharge but uses R12)
Sunroof no longer opens
Car does not have cruise control (didn't come with it from the factory)
Driver's seat fabric worn through in 1 area
Previous Owner installed tint which is peeling on driver's side window and hatch glass
Minor surface rust on exterior, mainly on roof
Clearcoat is dead, needs to be resealed or repainted
This stock 1989 Honda Civic Si has 222K on the chassis and 152K on the motorset. It was a daily driver and weekend autocross car in Street Touring for 7 years, then returned to stock in 2012, except for a lighter flywheel. It’s been my daily driver ever since.
The car is very reliable and I take it to Texas at least 4 times each year. I installed a new thermostat, alternator, and rear drum brakes this year. The air conditioning stopped working about 2 years ago and probably needs a recharge. The car does not have cruise control.
The interior is in good condition with normal wear and tear, however the sunroof doesn’t work and the driver’s seat fabric has worn through here. The rear seats fold flat for additional storage. The car comes with the original spare and jack, I’ll also include a full size spare and extra tire.
The body is straight and to my knowledge has never been wrecked, however there’s some minor surface rust because it needs to be re-sealed or repainted.
I’m asking 3K or best offer. I’m selling because I bought a new car, and I’m not interested in trades. You can come see the car at my house, serious buyers with money ready are welcome to test drive it. Message me with your offer or questions, peace!
