I had a piece of particle board left over from a bench build ten years ago... no clue why I saved it but I was curious. So I glued five 11” square pieces together, cut a circle and mounted it on the lathe. I used a face plate because I didn’t trust its integrity and CA’ed the mortise twice in hopes we wouldn’t have a flying particle board bowl. Stick around and watch to see if it worked out or if it was a dumb idea! Thanks for watching
