The 2026 Toyota GRMN Corolla is the hardcore, hard-capped halo of the GR Corolla, and it is the first GRMN-badged car ever sold in America. Toyota deleted the rear seats, wrapped the body in carbon, forged the wheels and tuned the whole car at the Nurburgring. There is no back seat behind those buckets. Toyota tore out the rear bench to save sixty-six pounds, turning a family hatch into a strict two-seater with its own numbered plate. The carbon hood, fenders and five-step adjustable rear wing come straight from the hydrogen GR Corolla that races in Japan, the forged wheels wear Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires, and the cabin keeps a manual gearbox with rev-matching. Under it all sits the same 1.6-liter turbo three-cylinder making 300 horsepower, no more than the standard GR Corolla.

CROSS-SHOP: the Toyota GR Corolla gives you the same 300 hp and GR-FOUR AWD with four seats for about $24,000 less. A Honda Civic Type R is more powerful and roughly $17,000 cheaper, and keeps its rear seats. An Audi RS3 costs about the same but has 401 horsepower and a luxury cabin. The GRMN is chasing rarity and feel, not headline numbers.
