We took the heavily updated 2026 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R straight to the legendary tarmac of Laguna Seca for an all-out track review. With new aerodynamic winglets boosting front downforce by 25% and a factory-revised swingarm pivot (+2mm), Kawasaki has seriously sharpened the chassis for 2026.
In this video, we break down how the ZX-10R works on track, including the chassis changes we made — like adding an 8mm rear shim stack to fix the turn-in — and dive into some weird electronic quirks, some of which can be fixed with the push of a button.
