The 2026 Audi Q3 Sportback is the all-new coupe-SUV, and the biggest change is not the sharper body, it is the cabin. Ahead of the driver sits a curved digital stage: an 11.9-inch virtual cockpit and a 12.8-inch central touchscreen in one panel, now running Android with a built-in app store you can download to, plus an AI-powered Audi assistant that appears as an avatar on screen. Audi has also moved the gear selector to a stalk behind the wheel, clearing the whole console for storage and a cooled wireless charging pad.
Under the bonnet of this one is a 1.5-litre TFSI petrol mild hybrid with 150 PS, cylinder-on-demand to save fuel, and a claimed 46 mpg. The boot holds 488 litres, or up to 1,289 litres with the seats down. The one gripe is a few harder plastics lower in the cabin. A BMW X2 is sportier and its screen is smaller at 10.7 inches. Prices for the Q3 Sportback start around £40,000, with the S line here nearer £43,000.
