All year long, we put out videos of the great work our deputies do to keep Pierce County safe. As we close out 2025, here is a recap of the top five videos.
#5 U-Haul Pursuit
Coming in at number five was a pursuit with a U-Haul truck after the driver had stabbed someone at the Winco Foods in Puyallup, South Hill. The occupants of the vehicle that was hit head-on did not sustain any injuries, and the male suspect was swiftly taken into custody.
#4 Deputy Gates Graveyard Ride Along
For number four, our very own Deputy Gates makes his debut on an action-packed graveyard ride along that leaves viewers in shock about nightlife.
#3 Morse Code to Save a Life
Number three is hands-down one of the most heartwarming videos when two of our deputies get creative and use a type of morse code to communicate with a man who needed help inside his house and could not talk.
#2 Three DUI Arrests in a Week
Number two is the arrest of a woman who was arrested multiple times in 11 days for DUI and huffing Whippets. Please don't do drugs or drink and drive. We were lucky no one was hurt in all four incidents.
#1 How Not to Tow a Vehicle
And coming in at number one was how NOT to tow a vehicle. This video left us speechless and continues to be under investigation as we try to identify the tow driver who caused the damage.
