Hi friends! These are some animations that I made in 2025 that I liked. Most of them are made for my narrative dream exploration visual novel "Don't Wake Me Up."
I am continuing to work on how to make more traditional cartoon animations using video references and some rotoscope techniques, combining both to create fluid animations with a lot of personality, mixing the worlds of rotoscoping and anime.
I really enjoy more traditional animation, but I have a very difficult time drawing from a blank page. Tweaking the rotoscope animation technique has helped me create more dynamic cartoons by acting out and filming the scenes before hand. It's super helpful.
I have a few tutorials about this, but let me know if there is anything specific that you want me to go into!!
oh, and the song is "Free Floating" by Deathbrain. One of my favorites!
