During Valero’s annual United Way Day of Caring, more than 250 employees volunteered at Mission Road Development Center, in San Antonio, Texas.
The day began with a $100,000 donation to Mission Road Ministries, helping their mission to serve local children and adults with developmental needs. With paintbrushes in hand, mulch spreaders at the ready, and a strong sense of purpose, Valero Volunteers transformed the campus, taking on everything from carpentry and cleaning to fence line work and engaging with clients.
