Upgrading the 2022 Subaru WRX (VB) with the largest front mount intercooler from Perrin Performance! In this video I install the new Perrin FMIC kit on my VB WRX to replace the factory top mount intercooler, improving cooling efficiency, intake air temperatures, and overall horsepower.
The new Perrin Performance Front Mount Intercooler is larger and more efficient than both the OEM intercooler and Perrin’s original design. This upgraded FMIC increases airflow and cooling capacity, helping the FA24 turbo engine produce more consistent power with gains of around +20 horsepower while reducing heat soak during hard driving.
