Are concealed carry permit holders violent criminals? This 2018 concealed carry review answers the question are concealed carriers violent. From Mom's Demand Action to March for Our Lives to The Brady Campaign to Giffords, they all say that concealed carriers are killers and dangerous. We took government data and statistics from eight (8) states on their concealed carry permit holders. This came out to 5.6 million concealed carriers we reviewed in Texas, Tennessee, Michigan, Florida, South Carolina, Kansas, Ohio and Minnesota. In the end, we found that 99.92% did not commit violent crimes.
The study sample size consists for 1/3 of the 17.25 million concealed carriers nationwide. That is an amazing sample size! Most polls out there have sample sizes of between 800 and 3,000 people. So our sample size is rock solid. One interesting find was that the drivers license holders in three of these states were 62x more likely to have their drivers licenses suspended compared to if concealed carriers have their concealed carry licenses suspended. WHOA!

Kansas (81k permit holders): 99.96% of concealed carriers did not commit a violent crime

Ohio (667k permit holders): 99.96% of concealed carriers did not commit a violent crime
Florida (1.9 million permit holders): 99.99% of concealed carriers did not commit a violent crime
Tennessee (189k permit holders): 99.94% of concealed carriers did not commit a violent crime
South Carolina (459k permit holders): 99.98% of concealed carriers did not commit a violent crime
Minnesota (290k permit holders): 99.99% of concealed carriers did not commit a violent crime
