In 2015, Barnes-Jewish Hospital took care of more patients than ever before and we took care of them in a better way than ever before – and that stands as a tribute to our team members at Barnes-Jewish Hospital and Washington University who were here every day, every hour for our patients and families.
Through the generous donations coming through The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital, we have been able to support important research in the medical center that would not have otherwise been supported. That research has led to new treatments and new therapies for our patients.
As we present our annual report this year, Bob Cannon, Barnes-Jewish Hospital President, would like to take a moment to express a special thank you to our nearly 11,000 team members at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. 2015 was a year that presented us with many challenges and throughout it all, you kept our patients and families first and foremost in our thoughts and in our actions. Thank you for taking exceptional care of all those that come to Barnes-Jewish.
