The realistic range of the Volkswagen e-Golf is hard to predict because it depends much on the weather and driving style. But still, with a good battery, the 24.2 kWh version should do about 55-65 miles in perfect conditions. he 35-kWh battery will show about 105-120 miles of range with the healthy HV battery pack.
The problem is that heating, AC, and lights will take a part of that range. Also, the degraded battery (which is 2-3% of degradation per year, at least) will reduce the range.
