This video shows how to replace the fresh air/recirculated air blend door actuator on the 2004-2014 Chevy Impala. This is a very common issue for these cars the blend door actuator gears are made of plastic and overtime the teeth break off causing the blend doors not to function properly thus making a loud annoying clicking/tapping sound coming from around the dash area. The new blend door actuator was purchased from Amazon and I will provide a link below. I will also include a ling for the 5.5mm socket, pick set, and finger ratchet as well, which helps get into some of the tight areas.
