You know who I always wanted to see ride vert in person?
Carlo Griggs.
Look him up on the Youtube and Google.
He was Mat Hoffman before Matt Hoffman.
Unbelievable skill and style. The riders rider.
So I was very happy to see Carlo Griggs reappear at a contest for Mat Hoffman's Crazy Freakin' Biker stop at Real Ride skatepark in Perris California in 2001.
And now you can see for yourself. Timeless. Lookbacks BOTH ways.
Also, this contest was nuts and so entertaining to put together.
