I have been trying to print some functional prints where the size is such that the flow is maxed out. ~62 was my max flow, sustained. Didn't seem to matter what nozzle was in it and that flow was at a temp of ~290-300.

Bumping the flow to 80 now I need to use 320C. Prior to this test 320C would not print at 65mms3.
I changed the extruder motor to the moons 17mm wide motor, with 10T. As I was pulling the filament to feed it to the extruder there was too much drag going through the BTT filament motion sensor. I bypassed that detector and the filament pulls much nicer! So I cannot tell yet how much the motor change impacted the flow or how much was the filament sensor. Now that I have a working print at 80mms3, I can add the sensor back to see if it prints the same.

ABS, 0.4 Tungsten Carbide nozzle, 320C temp, .008PA, .02ST, no input shaper, 40K overhang, 50K external perimeter, 70K internal perimeter and infill, 60 Square Corner Velocity. Voron Cube, 200%.

Previous test of this cube at 200% was ~22 minutes. this was printed in 15:50 and shows signs of weakness on tops.
