Water is my helper today. I have to avoid the top rail, so there is some bias in the upper duct that was moving the air more to one side. I had not checked this on this new toolhead and I am glad I did! I had the same issue on the previous setup, but the entrance was on the other side. I should have known.. DOH!
I already have a "wedge" built into the upper duct to split the air to both ports. Moved it over a bit and tried.. Almost perfect! A few more MM and it's golden!
