Twenty years ago, I uploaded my first vlog to YouTube. I had no idea where it would lead, but here I am.

So this week I’m looking back at how I got started, what creating on YouTube was like in 2006, and the moments that shaped me most along the way.

I’ll be digging through old videos, including some that haven’t been seen in years, answering questions, and comparing the YouTube I started on with the platform we have today.
