$20 Vegan 1 Week Meal Prepped in 1 hour! Is it possible in the US in 2023? Back in 2016 Cheap Lazy Vegan posted a $20 Canadian ($15 US) budget meal prep video in Wal-Mart. And today we decided to recreate her grocery list to see how expensive it is in today's dollars. I also wanted to see how easy her recipes were to make and how tasty they are.
