Challenge yourself with this 20 min #bodyweight strength circuit doing 3 rounds of each exercise pair using only your body weight - no equipment necessary! But you'll want to have a water bottle and towel ready for this one.

Training tip: when using only body weight, increasing range of motion can help increase the intensity of the movement.

Warm up - hip extension cross body reach
- B1. Reverse lunge rotation - 6 reps each side
- B2. Eccentric deep push up - 6 reps
- C1. Frog pumps - 12 reps
- C2. Prone alternating superman - 3 reps each side
- D1. Renegade row - 3 reps each side
- D2. Thoracic bridge - 3 reps each side
Cool down - thread the needle - 2x 1 min holds each side
