Two-week time-lapse video of California aster (Corethrogyne filaginifolia) blooming. I ran into some challenges with this one. Besides, my nemesis, the afternoon wind, the neighbor's cat knocked the camera over once and pushed it out of focus another time. Morning fog also made the lens drippy, and my light was still too bright despite using a (DIY) diffuser. Lastly, something (maybe the cat) took out a crow-- the feathers weren't in focus, but if you look closely, they're the dark things flopping in the wind.
