Find a link for buying the immersion blender we used further below. We love it as we can make fresh mayonnaise in less than 30s and it tastes soooo good… better than store bought. Also use it to make vegetarian soups!
Recipe:
Dalgona Coffee with Cocktail Mixer (1 serving):
2 tbsp instant coffee (We used Nescafe Sumatra)
2 tbsp brown or white sugar
2 tbsp hot water
1 small/medium ice cube
Steps:
→ Mix all ingredients in a mixer and swirl to mix
→ Add ice and swirl again to cool contents
→ Close and shake for 1 to 2 minutes (Ice should mostly melt away)
→ Pour or scoop out into fancy glass of cold or hot milk
Dalgona Coffee with Immersion Blender (1 serving):
2 tbsp instant coffee (We used Nescafe Sumatra)
2 tbsp brown or white sugar
2 tbsp hot water
Steps:
→ Mix all ingredients in a mixing cup and swirl to mix
→ Blend using "B" blade
→ Start by tilting the head at the bottom of the cup and blend using speed 1 then progress to speed 2. At that point pull the liquid slightly up and down. Lastly stir while blending. Process takes about 3 - 4 minutes.
→ Pour or scoop out into fancy glass of cold or hot milk
NOTE:
→ For better results make portions using more than 2 tbsp. For example, 1/4 cup each of coffee, sugar, water.
→ if increasing the recipe (like doubling or more), the ice must be increased too to avoid the mess demoed in the video.
