2 hours of scenic desert mountain driving through Saguaro National Park West & Tucson Mountain Park which borders Saguaro National Park West in southern Arizona just outside Tucson. We drive all the main roads and off-road trails in the parks before ending our scenic drive in the city of Tucson. This video was filmed in late March.

We split this video up into multiple sections instead of one long drive straight through the parks. That was due to the way the roads and trails are laid out in Saguaro National Park.

AdventureEveryDay does not own or claim to own any of the music contained in this work.$ $Tucson to San Diego: 400 Miles Across the Desert Southwest From the heart of downtown Tucson to the shores of the Pacific, this 400-mile drive captures the dramatic evolution of the Southwest. The trip kicks off on I-10 westbound in Tucson, and as we continue on into the desert we pass the iconic silhouette of Picacho Peak before we transition to I-8 in Pinal County. From there, we drive Interstate 8 end-to-end as we head west across the vast Sonoran Desert toward Yuma, eventually crossing into California to witness the massive Imperial Sand Dunes. We stop here for an aerial perspective of the wind-sculpted sands before continuing our climb into the Cuyamaca Mountains. As we reach the higher elevations, the desert sun gives way to a sudden rain storm which turned into a Southern California snow storm. After navigating the mountain passes it continues to rain as we descend into San Diego where the sun comes out once again and we finish our trip at the Pacific Ocean. The video concludes with aerial views of the beaches and the city skyline as the sun dips toward the water. The route begins in the high desert of Eastern Washington, where golden grasses and rolling hills dominate the landscape. As we travel westward, we get some stunning views of the Columbia River its massive canyon, and soak in the unique geology of the area. Approaching the Cascade Mountains, the terrain transforms dramatically with the high desert scenery giving way to lush forests and towering peaks and scenic mountain lakes. Approaching Seattle, the landscape changes once again into an urban sprawl, and one of our favorite city skylines. As we ascend and descend the twisting pass, the views unfold in this lesser-known corner of the Sierra Nevada region, offering a sense of untouched wilderness that few travelers discover, leading us to the remote outpost of Oasis. From there, our adventure continues across the state line into Nevada, cruising along winding roads through the eerie ghost town of Lida with its abandoned mining relics, before picking up Highway 95 and journeying through vast open Mojave Desert valleys dotted with Joshua trees and historic sites, ultimately arriving in Beatty, Nevada. The arid, otherworldly landscapes and stark mountain formations along this drive mirror the dramatic scenery of nearby Death Valley National Park, providing a similar sense of vast isolation and geological wonder.
